Meet the Team

Senior Physiotherapist/ Owner
Jasmine Willson
Our director, Jasmine, graduated from Griffith University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2007. She then went on to be an exercise physiologist and personal trainer but wanted to do more to improve the lives of her clients so went back to University to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy graduating in 2010. After graduating she worked within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service working with patients across a range of acute, subacute, outpatient and community settings for 10 years before spreading her wings and moving into community rehabilitation.

Jasmine has worked with a broad range of conditions in the adult and geriatric populations including neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury and Parkinson’s disease, chronic lung disease, amputee management, post surgical and vestibular/vertigo rehabilitation. She is a power house of knowledge and experience.

Jasmine is energetic and passionate about improving patients lives through physiotherapy, helping people set and achieve their goals.

Senior Physiotherapist/ Team Leader
Mitchell Jacobs
Mitch graduated from Griffith University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2016 on the Gold Coast. Mitch and joined the Making Moves Physiotherapy team in 2025.

Mitch has 9 years of experience working across a variety of settings including private practice, community and aged care. Mitch enjoys treating a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory presentations as well as incorporating evidence-based practice. Mitch loves seeing his clients achieve their goals and strives to develop interventions to meet these goals and needs.

In his spare time, Mitch enjoys spending time going on adventures with his kids

Administration Manager
Dominique Mathieson
Dominique is our dedicated medical administrator, bringing with her years of experience, warmth and understanding to every task. She is passionate about top-notch service and will do her best to help in anyway she can. Also, her super power is time management being an awesome mum of 4!

Physiotherapist
Patricia Hammond

Patricia completed a degree in Exercise Science and then went on to graduate from Griffith University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2019 on the Gold Coast.
​
She has worked extensively in the community with a variety of conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to guide clients in achieving their goals. Her areas of interest include neurological rehabilitation, aged care and lymphodema.
​
In her spare time, Patricia enjoys trying out new local cafes with friends, or challenging herself on the badminton court.

Senior Physiotherapist
Daniel Morrison
Daniel graduated with his Master of Physiotherapy at Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, which has laid down the foundations for his treatment philosophy.
Daniel has experience in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and loves to help people from all backgrounds achieve their goals. Our clients have had amazing outcomes working with Dan and have wonderful things to say about him.
In his free time, Daniel likes to keep as active as possible in the gym, zig-zagging his way around the golf course, or getting close to nature either by bike or by foot.
